Born in Greenfield, IN and graduated from the University of Florida with a major in accounting in 1980 and a law degree in 1982, Mr. Norris practices in the fields of commercial and residential real estate, corporate and partnership, construction, banking and general contract law. Mr. Norris is recognized as an AV attorney, the highest rating possible from Martindale-Hubbell™.

Mr. Norris served on the Village Council of the Village of North Palm Beach for 27 years.  He has also served as the Mayor of the Village of North Palm Beach for 9 terms.  Mr. Norris also serves on the board for First Tee of the Palm Beaches in addition to Networking to Help Children.

Born in Trinidad and Tobago, Tricia Williams resides in West Palm Beach, FL with her husband and two boys, who they are raising to be ‘good citizens of the world.’ She has been in the non-profit sector for nine years, the Area Director of Best Buddies in Palm Beach since 2018, and was awarded Area Director of the Year in 2022. She is a member of the Committee for Diversity and Inclusion for Best Buddies International and a South Florida Inclusion Support Team member for Boynton Beach, FL. Her goal is to create a better world, starting with her workplace. She came to Best Buddies because she genuinely believes that we don’t have to look for a cure; we are the cure for inclusion.
